Our Mission

We started the salon to empower stylists to take their career to the next level and beyond. Through advanced training, mentorship, and career development our stylists have become experts in the beauty industry. They offer their clientele an extraordinary product and experience. They have been able to grow their skills, book, and income drastically.

What We Offer

Just as the experience of our clients is key to our business success, so is the experience of our team. The golden rule, treating others like we would like to be treated, guides our business.  We offer the benefits, environment, and culture that we ourselves desire. While not standard in our industry, we offer benefits like health insurance for full-time employees, maternity leave, paid training, paid meetings, access to an EAP, paid time off, and the support of an HR team. We don’t expect anyone to ever work for free. 

We utilize technology to run an efficient salon, increase communication, and protect our stylists’ income. We offer online booking, credit card capture, and maintain a strongly enforced cancellation policy.

With in-house dedicated marketing, we have been able to successfully promote our stylist team. We dedicate budget towards paid online advertising, sponsored events, and print advertising.
